What are your membership options?

Do you offer a free trial or guest pass?
Yes! We offer a free trial session for new members to experience our training environment before committing.
What fitness classes do you offer?
We offer Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Boxing, Strength & Conditioning, and Sparring sessions for all skill levels.
What should I bring to my first class?
For your first session, wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring water. If you’re attending a striking class, hand wraps, gloves, and a mouthguard are recommended (loaner gear may be available). For BJJ, a Gi is preferred but not required for your first session.
What amenities do you have at the gym?
Our facilities include fully equipped training areas, storage and showers
What safety measures do you have in place?
We prioritize safety by maintaining supervised training sessions, using protective equipment, and ensuring a structured environment for all students.
